Abstract
因管式冷渣器、风水联合冷渣器和干式除渣设备等传统设备不适用于生物质锅炉的除渣系统,对生物质电厂传统滚筒式冷渣设备进行改良及对冷渣器进渣口进行独特设计,开发了一种可靠的集热、换热、利用热的生物质锅炉炉渣热量回收系统和防卡、堵装置,改进后的炉渣热量回收效果显著,每年节约生物质燃料约3500 t,折算到标煤量为2857 t,节约燃料成本225.7万元.
