Abstract
在夏季循环水温较高时,若循环水泵以低速低流量运行,则循环水泵在电能消耗降低的同时,汽轮机的真空也会降低.为了判别此时机组的经济性,在循环水泵高、低速两种运行工况下,对循环水泵和汽轮机进行了性能试验并作了定量比较.结论是在循环水温较高的夏季,尽管循环水泵高速运行时效率偏低,增加了厂用电量,却能输送更多的循环冷却水到凝汽器,加大冷却倍率,改善汽轮机真空,提高机组的出力,总体上提高了机组的经济性.
