Abstract

基于模块化多电平换流器的高压直流输电MMC-HVDC的直流故障处理能力直接关系到其在架空线领域和高压大容量场合的应用前景.本文针对一种基于自阻型子模块的模块化多电平换流器SBSM-MMC进行了基于FPGA的MMC并行建模分析,该方法将子模块投入、切除和闭锁的3种工作状态转化为子模块通用等效电路,并可以精确仿真每个子模块电容电压充、放电过程.在RTLAB实时仿真平台中建立MMC的FPGA模型并与PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真环境中的器件模型对比,验证了所建模型的精确性和实时性.
