偏远山区电力普遍服务微网优化模型研究

Abstract
我国偏远山区电力普遍服务当前主要采用主网延伸策略,鲜有在成本量化与管控上具备优势的离网型微网解决方案.为讨论微网实施方案的优选问题,提出以交叉补贴和可靠性损失作为离网型微网优化目标,设计村级微网和区域微网2层,通过求解MILP问题优化配置微网电源、网络拓扑、设备型号等.1个含5村庄的算例表明,区域微网可以作为偏远山区供电优选方案,为电力普遍服务的实施提供参考.
