Abstract
为了充分利用现场总线智能设备的状态诊断数据,对设备状态进行监视和诊断,研发了基于数据挖掘技术的现场总线设备监控管理系统,其通过以太网的OPC通信协议接收来自DCS、现场总线控制系统(FCS)、PLC系统的现场总线设备状态诊断数据,并对其进行分析和处理,且不局限于某控制系统,实现了对现场总线设备的统一监控管理和预测性维护.
