Abstract
国内首批采用新型碳钢-氟塑料复合管的超低排放燃煤机组,在投入运行后不久出现了包塑管开裂的问题.采用理化检测、应力计算及模拟冷热交变试验对包塑管开裂原因进行了深入分析与研究,结果表明:包塑层添加了填料导致延伸率偏低,抗形变能力差.当换热管快速冷却时,包塑层收缩应力与固有应力叠加,可能会超过材料抗拉强度极限,从而导致开裂.针对包塑管开裂问题,对制造厂和发电厂都提出了相关的应对措施.
