Abstract
本文针对某地铁项目转向架用牵引销螺栓从设计结构、扭矩变更与之相配合的牵引销内螺纹、压盖及现车运行工况再现等方面对牵引销螺栓扭矩值由1200N·m更改为900N·m进行分析.本文通过仿真分析和试验验证对转向架牵引销螺栓扭矩值优化方案进行评估和分析,最终结果表明,针对此地铁转向架牵引销螺栓扭矩值可从1200N·m优化为900N·m.
