Abstract
低温省煤器是通过烟气余热利用换热器回收锅炉排烟热量的设备.基于-330 MW循环流化床机组,开发该机组热力系统集成优化模拟程序,并基于电厂的设计数据与运行数据进行校核验证.针对该机组,研究了采用低温省煤器回收烟气余热来加热凝结水或加热空气预热器的锅炉送风的节能效果,并进行方案比选.结果表明,采用低温省煤器回收烟气余热来加热凝结水或加热空气预热器的锅炉送风后,机组发电效率升高,热耗率降低,发电煤耗降低.
