非并网风氢互补系统的容量多目标优化

Abstract
为解决用最少经济成本使风电场输出功率可最好地满足负荷问题,该文提出以风力机、制-储-燃氢装置的总安装成本、负荷缺电率LPSP(loss of power supply probability)和风氢互补系统输出功率波动率FPP (fluctuation of power probability)为指标的容量配置方案.利用某地区一天的风速及负荷,在Matlab中编写基于精英非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ(elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm)的多目标函数优化程序,对风电机组、电解槽-储氢罐-燃氢燃气轮机系统进行最优容量配置,得出优化组合方案.优化后的互补系统可有效保证其经济性和供电可靠性.
