聚光多结太阳电池电极优化设计

Abstract
通过分析太阳电池串联电阻rs的组成,研究受光面平行栅状电极线宽WL、间距WS对电池填充因子FF及短路电流ISC的影响.结果表明:相同电极线宽及厚度下,减小电极间距可提高填充因子,但同时会降低短路电流,因此需设计合理的电极间距,使填充因子与短路电流乘积最大;在相同电极厚度及电极遮光面积的前提下,减小电极线宽,可大幅缩小电极间距,从而在保证相同电极遮光面积(即相同短路电流)的前提下大幅提高填充因子.实验研究的聚光型GaInP/GaInAs/Ge多结电池在1000倍聚光条件下,电池填充因子为88.1%,光电转换效率为39.58%.
