针对风电和小水电大规模接入对电力系统调频、 调压、 调峰的影响,讨论了储能电源应用的基本思路、 可行性和前景等.总结了不同应用场景下储能电源的选型、 容量配置和选址问题.最后,以增强电网对清洁可再生能源的消纳能力、 提高电网的安全经济运行水平为目标,对储能电源的工程应用提出了建议.
