国网新源自水电生产管理信息系统上线以来,水电运检业务的基层管理得到了很大的提升.在国网新源控股有限公司运维一体化模式的不断推进过程中,运检工作的管理及业务流程也在不断地细化和完善.本着精细、专业、高效的思路,进一步健全水电运维管理制度体系,提升运检工作效率,水电生产管理信息系统亦需在业务功能及业务流程上定向施策,不断地开展深化应用与实践.
