Abstract
采用草酸和柠檬酸的混合溶液对6061铝合金阳极氧化.研究了温度、阳极电流密度和电解液组成对氧化膜着色后耐蚀性的影响,得到较佳的工艺条件为:草酸75 g/L,柠檬酸40 g/L,阳极电流密度5 A/dm2,温度40 °C.在该条件下阳极氧化30 min所得氧化膜厚约17.42 μm,表面微孔(孔径约为40 nm)分布均匀,能被均匀地染上明亮而鲜艳的蓝色.着色后的氧化膜能够耐中性盐雾腐蚀432 h.
