通过赫尔槽试验,循环伏安曲线、塔菲尔曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测量,扫描电镜(SEM),中性盐雾(NSS)试验等方法对甲基磺酸体系镀锡用聚氧乙烯?聚氧丙烯?聚氧乙烯嵌段聚醚(EPE)系列添加剂进行筛选、优化与复配.结果表明,使用0.50 g/L P-33 + 1.00 g/L F-28复配添加剂时可在低碳钢上得到结晶细致、表面平整、耐蚀性良好的镀锡层.
