在对比了水基清洗剂和溶剂型清洗剂的特点后,选取了4种溶剂型清洗剂用于火箭部件的清洗.考察了它们对铝基体的腐蚀性、燃烧性、挥发性,以及后续漆膜的冲击强度、附着力和耐湿热性.其中SK-410B清洗剂可替代汽油用以去除火箭外表面的油污,减少汽油的使用量,降低了火箭涂装过程中易燃易爆的风险.
