7075铝合金化学镀镍-磷/镍-磷-β-碳化硅双镀层的耐磨性

Abstract
采用连续化学镀法在7075铝合金上得到Ni-P/Ni-P-β-SiC双镀层.化学镀镍液的配方为:NiSO4.6H2O 25 g/L,NaH2PO2.H2O 23 g/L,乳酸27 mL/L,NaHCO321~23 g/L,NaF 1 g/L,Pb(CH3COO)2.3H2O 1~2 mg/L,β-SiC微粉0 g/L或5 g/L,pH 5.4.采用能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机等设备研究了总施镀时间为120 min时,化学镀Ni-P合金施镀时间对镀层的成分、结构、形貌、显微硬度和耐磨性的影响.结果表明:化学镀Ni-P 60 min加Ni-P-β-SiC 60 min时,所得双镀层致密、均匀,与基体结合紧密.与施镀120 min所得单层Ni-P-β-SiC复合镀层相比,Ni-P/Ni-P-β-SiC双镀层的摩擦因数和质量损失分别降低了23.07%和62.5%,耐磨性良好.
