Abstract
通过赫尔槽试验研究了镀液中主盐、甲基磺酸、OP-10的质量浓度以及电流密度对紫铜上电镀Pb-Sn合金的影响,得到最佳配方和工艺条件为:甲基磺酸铅48 ~ 96 g/L,甲基磺酸锡6.5 ~ 13.0 g/L,甲基磺酸50~200g,OP-10 5 g/L,对苯二酚1 g/L,电流密度0.135 ~ 3.077A/dm2.在最优工艺条件下所得Pb-Sn合金镀层光亮、致密,晶粒大小均匀,机械稳定性良好,在7.2K低温下的电阻接近零,呈超导态,满足超导谐振腔的性能要求.
