Abstract
利用脉冲电镀方法在Q235钢表面制备Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层.镀液组成及工艺条件为:NiSO4·6H2O0.15 mol/L,CrCl3·6H2O0.25 mol/L,MnSO4·H2O0.5 mol/L,柠檬酸钠0.35mol/L,NH4Br 15 g/L,NaCl 10 g/L,尿素10 g/L,硼酸15 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1 g/L,添加剂适量,pH值2.0~3.2,温度20~60℃,电流密度5~17 A/dm2,占空比20%,频率1 000 Hz,时间30 min.在温度40℃、pH值2.6、电流密度13 A/dm2的条件下,得到的Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层的耐蚀性最好.与Ni-Cr合金镀层相比,Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层的自腐蚀电位正移了0.07V,自腐蚀电流密度降低了约1个数量级,耐蚀性更优.
