Abstract
采用单因素试验优化了铝合金磷钼酸钴转化工艺,并比较了铝合金基体和磷钼酸钴转化膜的耐蚀性.铝合金磷钼酸钴转化工艺的最佳配方为:磷钼酸钠0.003 7 mol/L,硫酸钴0.015 0mol/L,氟化钠0.023 8 mol/L,pH值4,EDTA-2Na 0.000 34 mol/L,温度30℃,处理时间2h.与铝合金基体相比,磷钼酸钴转化膜的自腐蚀电位正移约0.05 V,自腐蚀电流密度降低1个数量级.可见,磷钼酸钴转化膜能改善铝合金的耐蚀性.
