Abstract
V943A型燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组采用单轴布置,汽轮机运行时高压缸前轴承振动较大.对此借助汽轮机TDM在线监测系统分析振动频谱图和轴心轨迹图,发现轴承存在半速油膜涡动现象.依据现场布置状况研究振动产生原因,探讨轴承振动危害,并结合机组实际情况,提出控制轴承振动的合理措施,为类似发电机组振动处理和研究提供借鉴.
