Abstract
三电平中点箝位级联变换器(3LNPC-CC)的均压策略应保证单元模块直流侧故障后,变换器仍能正常运行.为了平衡3LNPC-CC直流侧故障后的电压,提出了一种针对3LNPC-CC的均压调制策略,该策略可在模块直流故障后,通过开关冗余矢量的转换进行容错控制,保证模块内直流侧电压稳定以及模块内中点电位平衡.通过搭建实验平台进行实验,实验结果验证了该算法的正确性及有效性.
