Abstract
为提高功率等级和系统效率,充分降低磁件尺寸和缩小成本,单相交流电源供电的变频空调和充电机等用电设备的前级AC/DC功率电路需采用多级交错和临界导电模式(CRM)的单相有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术.在对CRM APFC一些基本问题进行分析后,采用模拟控制器FAN9611实现和测试分析了两级交错CRMAPFC样件,支持输出功率6.5 kW,效率高达98.4％,仿真结果与实测结果验证了CRM APFC的可行性.
