鸟害是威胁架空输电线路安全稳定运行的重要因素之一.全面分析和评价应用于国内外输电线路的鸟害故障防治措施,提出了应重视鸟害防治工作、借鉴其他学科研究成果、建立引鸟、驱鸟、防鸟三位一体的鸟害防治体系,绘制鸟害等级区划图等建议,以期为提高电网的安全可靠性、防治鸟害故障提供参考.
