Abstract
Objective In order to study chromatography behavior in capillary column of different dissolvent for sodium cyclamate detection and explore optimum analysis results of sodium cyclamate in different chromatography condition. Methods The hydrogen ionization detector-gas chromatograph(FID-GC)was applied. Results The linear range and coefficient of liner correlation was 0.4~1.2mg/ml and 0.9993 respectively. The relative standard deviation of three simples was 3.1、2.2、3.9. The recovery of the method was 95.4%~100.6%. The detection limit was 0.2mg/kg. Conclusions The results showed that the method was simple, rapid, accurate and easy to operate. It could be applied for detection of sodium cyclamate in fruit syrup, confect and etc.
