Abstract
目前秦山核电厂正在推进300 MWe机组运行许可证延续项目.依据国家核安全局的技术政策要求,必须先建立维修有效性评价体系(即维修规则).鉴于此,秦山核电厂于2017年开展了维修规则试点研究工作.以海水循环水系统为例,介绍了核电厂非安全重要且运行系统的维修规则开发流程,为同行电厂开展相关工作提供参考.
