某超临界汽轮机最大出力工况通流能力比设计值明显偏大,在实际运行过程中,高压调节阀存在较大节流损失.在对该汽轮机实施调节级喷嘴封堵及流量特性整定后,机组的供电煤耗及机网协调品质均得到了明显改善.
