Abstract
木结构超低能耗建筑是集合木结构建筑技术、装配式建筑技术及超低能耗建筑技术于一体的新型建筑,具有绿色、低碳、节能、环保等优点.以某木结构超低能耗建筑为研究对象,首先介绍了该木结构超低能耗建筑实施的主要技术路线,然后利用EnergyPlus对其能耗进行了全年逐月的动态模拟计算,结果发现能耗指标完全满足《近零能耗建筑技术标准》(GB/T 51350-2019)中超低能耗居住建筑的要求.
