针对配电网自动化改造工程，重点研究了配电网络拓扑算法，并在地理信息系统（ geographic information sys-tem， GIS）平台上建立了详细的配电网模型；在Matlab中编辑了潮流计算程序，并将组件插入到GIS平台中，调用潮流计算，结合实例验证了配电网模型以及潮流计算的正确性，为配电网自动化改造工程提供了建设性依据。
