局部结构对气缸盖关键部位应力分布影响的研究

Abstract
气缸盖的水腔及气道的铸造质量明显低于外壁,通常是气缸盖强度的薄弱部位,其应力主要是由机械负荷造成的.在有限元软件ANSYS中对局部结构强化前后的水腔及气道应力分布进行仿真计算.在机械载荷条件下,研究了气缸盖顶板加强筋及喷油器安装座孔局部结构对水腔及气道应力的影响.局部结构强化使水腔及气道危险点的应力都降低,水腔应力最高降低39.2%,气道应力最高降低36.1%.为气缸盖的结构优化提供参考依据.
