对某电厂屏式过热器泄漏试样进行化学成分分析、力学性能分析、金相分析和宏观分析等.试验结果表明,泄漏原因为局部短时超温爆管,推测部件某些位置堵塞导致工质流量不足或炉内温度不均匀所致.
