Abstract
对批量生产的首钢和住友的12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管,进行了高温持久性能和抗氧化性能等试验.同时,测定了某电厂600MW锅炉再热器12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管段的实际壁温.实验结果表明,12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管的性能完全满足标准和设计要求.再热器12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管屡次爆管.原因是炉温偏差,造成钢管壁温增高,钢管过热超温运行而引起的.
