低温等离子体技术脱除废气中NO和Hg0研究进展

Abstract
针对燃煤电厂中NOx和Hg0排放日益突出的问题,综述了低温等离子体技术脱除废气中NO和Hg0的研究现状,着重阐述了低温等离子体方法耦合催化剂及低温等离子体方法单独脱除NO和Hg0的性能.结果 表明,放电过程产生的·OH、·O、O3等强氧化性粒子可以修饰催化剂使其活性增强,同时活性氧化物对NO和Hg0脱除起到的化学反应作用强于放电过程产生的可见光和紫外线等物理现象的作用.
