介绍了离子型湿法氧化脱硫工艺的技术原理,依据宣钢焦炉煤气AS负压脱硫工艺,通过改造水洗塔的内部结构,优化操作条件,在负压条件下煤气含硫量的去除率可达到99.0％以上,气液比230:1时煤气中硫化氢含量可降低到10 mg/m3以下,符合洁净煤气的指标.
