针对7.63 m焦炉的热工特点,在统计分析热工数据的基础上,利用暂停加热时间调整炉温的技术方法,建立多个炉温调节模型,以解决环境温度、原料水分的变化及生产波动等状态下焦炉炉温精确控制问题,该炉温模型改善了焦饼成熟状况,并有效降低了焦炉能耗.
