Abstract
某台M701F3型燃气轮机透平第1级动叶叶顶冷却孔被来自于转子冷却空气系统的沉积物堵塞.经分析,机组的日启停运行方式是沉积物产生的重要原因.通过采用高效空气过滤器(HEPA)、改变转子冷却空气系统管道的材质,改进高盘吹扫程序(Spin Operation)和透平冷却空气过滤器,加强系统疏水,可以减少沉积物的产生.
