Abstract
针对锅炉在小修时发现的中间水冷壁高温腐蚀,分析认为内因是燃煤中含硫量较高,外因是高烟温引起水冷壁管壁温度较高和火焰贴壁,壁面存在强还原性气氛.通过进行燃烧调整和设备改进等方面的工作,经过一年的运行考验,未发现新的高温腐蚀.
