为了满足社会特定职业领域的需求,培养具有创新的理论知识和实际的操作能力去解决专业技术问题的高层次应用型人才.对研究生联合培养基地建设的定义与意义、构建因素、存在问题与解决措施等方面进行阐述,通过合理的考核评价制度对专业学位研究生进行考核,并找出联合培养基地的不足,进一步推动联合培养基地建设的发展.
