高性能无卤阻燃环氧灌封胶的研究

Abstract
以DER 331、含磷环氧与自制改性环氧为基体树脂,氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,甲基四氢苯酐为固化剂,成功制备了一款高性能无卤阻燃环氧灌封胶,并对其力学性能、电气绝缘性能和阻燃性能进行研究.结果表明:当含磷环氧树脂添加量为30份、自制改性环氧树脂为20份、阻燃填料为30份时,环氧灌封胶的性能达到最佳,其中拉伸强度达到36.1 MPa,阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0级,相比电痕化指数(CTI)达到600 V.
