采用基于调节过程的方法计算AGC机组调节量, 能够量化AGC机组调节量. 综合考虑现有AGC容量、 电量补偿以及AGC机组调节量补偿, 得到改进AGC辅助服务补偿方法. 改进的AGC补偿机制能够充分反映机组参与调节的附加成本, 有利于提高电厂参与AGC调节的积极性, 有利于电网保证电能质量和安全稳定运行.
