Abstract
某年,220kV欢西甲、乙线两侧开关跳闸,造成某地区电网多个断面大幅严重过载.为避免连锁反应造成电网发生大面积停电事故,当值调度临危不乱,执行中调令采取紧急措施,在17分钟内进行事故限电控制负荷500MW,成功缓解了电网紧张的局面.1小时后,所有限电的12个变电站19台主变负荷全部恢复.
