脱硫吸收塔浆液起泡溢流是烟气脱硫(FGD)系统运行中的常见问题,严重影响脱硫系统的可靠性.阐述造成吸收塔溢流的原因及溢流后对脱硫系统的影响,分析总结原始吸收塔溢流管道的结构及在实际运行中存在的问题,并对溢流管道实施优化改造.经过近两年的现场验证,有效解决了脱硫吸收塔起泡溢流问题,保证了系统的安全稳定运行.
