变速器主动轮在800~2000r/min转速区间内会发生敲击现象产生敲击噪音,敲击力F的大小直接决定敲击噪音的大小,齿轮刚度k是影响敲击力大小的重要因素,本文建立了齿轮敲击过程的微分方程组进行研究,并通过了Adams仿真验证,获得得敲击力与相关参数之间具体内在规律及影响,获得了减少齿轮敲击力降低敲击噪音的的有效办法,进一步完善了齿轮敲击理论.
