Abstract
1 现场情况
某110 kV变电站110 kV侧为单母线分段接线方式,进线、出线各一路,分段断路器一台.一次设备为GIS设备,二次设备为综合自动化设备.
根据运行需要,调度下令110 kV出线由检修转运行.操作人员执行时发现,不能从后台机遥控合闸.因为急于送电,调度又下令从GIS设备汇控柜处合闸.GIS控制回路接线如图1所示.
