近红外光谱在热稳定绝缘纸氮含量检测中的应用研究

Abstract
文章通过对含有热稳定剂的热稳定绝缘纸进行加速老化制备不同氮含量的热稳定绝缘纸,利用近红外光谱结合偏最小二乘法建立热稳定绝缘纸中氮含量的预测模型,用验证集样品对该预测模型进行验证,验证集相关系数RP大于0.9,RMSEP为2.1356.研究表明此方法应用近红外光谱技术可以较好地检测热稳定绝缘纸中氮的含量,对稳定绝缘纸老化寿命评估具有重要意义.
