采用外加板墙和墙体粘钢两种方式对普通砖砌体房屋进行加固,通过对动力特性试验和抗震性能进行仿真试验的研究,总结归纳外加板墙和墙体粘钢两种加固方式下对结构抗震性能的影响.对砖砌体房屋进行加固后,砖砌体房屋砖墙的局部变形得到改善,加固效果显著.
