基于自蔓延反应的气密性陶瓷封装技术研究

Abstract
研究了一种利用Al/Ni合金薄膜自蔓延反应来实现气密性陶瓷封装的技术方案,并对该方法的气密性焊接质量进行了测试和分析.研究结果表明,通过蒸镀工艺,可以有效地制备规定厚度和规定层数的Al、Ni交替叠层薄膜.该Al/Ni合金薄膜在压力条件下可以触发自蔓延反应,形成局部高温焊接.参照GJB 548B密封性A1方法对样品进行密性测试,结果显示:平均测试结果为4.0×10-3(Pa·cm3)/s;利用X-ray测试焊接区,结果显示:孔隙率为14.47％.由此可以判断,该气密性封装方法的密封性和孔隙率均符合标准.
