研究了橡胶带式无级变速器的传动特性,并结合巴哈赛车实际工况进行动力学匹配.搭建CVT台架试验台,通过改变其机构参数使CVT的调速性能与赛事需求相匹配,充分利用理想速比范围,并保证发动机始终工作在峰值功率和峰值转矩区间(2800~3600 r/min),实现高效的动力传递以及较优的动力性能,实车测试验证试验方法的可靠性.
