Abstract
针对脉冲功率放大器对脉宽和占空比的测量需求,文中提出一种新的关于脉冲脉宽和占空比的测量方法.利用单片机C8051F121数字外设PCA采集和记录脉冲上升沿和下降沿到来的时间,经过计算获得当前脉冲的脉宽和占空比.试验数据说明该方法能够测量的最小脉冲周期为1μs,最小脉宽为400 ns.利用该方法进行测量误差小、成本低、结果可靠,且方便灵活,易于实现.
