Abstract
对红外显微光学系统进行了研究.根据光学系统设计指标,应用无限远校正方法和反向追迹的方法设计两款不同放大倍率的红外显微物镜.并给出了两款工作波段在8～12 μm,放大倍率为1×和3×,工作距离均为25mm,物方线视场为20 mm的透射式红外显微物镜的设计结果和公差分析.
