Abstract
PZST基反铁电陶瓷具有明显的压电场致应变效应,再加上陶瓷本身致密性好、机械强度高等优点,因而,在制动材料和机敏传感系统中有较好的应用前途.PZST介电常数的变化会引起探测元电容的变化,可以通过检测微电容来检测红外信号.文章利用充放电法结合VT变换进行测量,采用基于BH5001芯片的微电容检测电路.后续信号采集部分采用FPGA进行计数.由仿真结果可看出电路设计可行、可靠.
